Oy Scancool Ab is one of Finland’s leading suppliers of industrial refrigeration and heat pump facilities. We offer refrigeration technology services on the turn-key principle, ranging from engineering, manufacture and installation to maintenance. The company was founded in 1984. In addition, our experts provide consultation on projects which require top-level refrigeration expertise in various parts of the world. Apart from our experts, our demanding international clients also rely on the punctuality and quality of our deliveries.
Our operation is divided into two main business areas:
HEAT
Scancool industrial heat pumps recover the waste heat by converting it into valuable heat energy. 80% savings on costs and green house effect are possible! Industrial heat pumps use this waste heat to produce 40-80°C warm water or air. The thermal power can be chosen between 0.1MW-10MW. This heat energy can then be utilized by industrial processes or district heating.
COOL
Oy Scancool Ab has specialized in food and process industry. Our services cover the entire lifecycle of an industrial refrigeration system and include refrigeration and electrical engineering and automation.
We primarily use environmentally friendly refrigerants, ammonia NH3 and carbon dioxide CO2.
