The Finnish cleantech market is growing but dispersed
The Finnish cleantech sector’s turnover is around 4.5 billion and it has been growing 15% annually since the end of the 1990’s. There are approximately 1,300 enterprises in the clean energy and environmental sector in Finland.
The sector is highly dispersed and driving forces are still a few but a growing number of the international companies.
